Do you include planting instructions with orders?

How do you protect plants during shipping?
We use carefully cushioned, climate-appropriate packaging to ensure your plants and bulbs arrive in perfect condition. Delicate items travel in climate-controlled conditions when necessary.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! For both shipping methods, you’ll receive tracking updates via email so you can follow your garden essentials’ journey to your doorstep.
During peak planting seasons (spring and autumn), please allow an extra 1-2 days for order processing as we carefully inspect each bulb and plant before shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I expected?
We stand behind every product we ship. If anything arrives in less-than-perfect condition, you have 15 days from receipt to initiate a return. Please contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the issue.
Are returns free?
We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
How long does it take to process a refund?
