At The Green Bulbs Sales, we take pride in providing high-quality gardening products to enthusiasts worldwide. We understand that sometimes plants and garden equipment may not meet your expectations, which is why we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- Plant bulbs and seeds must be unopened and in their original sealed packaging
- House plants must show no signs of wilting or damage caused after delivery
Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened compost bags or used compost bins. Similarly, lawn mowers that show signs of use cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to our Birmingham address using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective gardening products:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
