Shipping Information

Order Processing Time

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two convenient shipping methods to suit your needs:

  1. Standard Shipping (£12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Trackable service with delivery notifications
  2. Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over £50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Available for most international destinations (excluding some Asian and remote regions)

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Plant bulbs and seeds must be unopened in their original sealed packaging
  • House plants must show no signs of wilting or post-delivery damage

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your gardening products:

  1. Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions
  3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging with all accessories
  4. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the package to our Birmingham address using a trackable method

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened compost bags
  • Used compost bins
  • Perishable items like certain plant bulbs if packaging has been opened
  • House plants that have been planted or show signs of improper care
  • Lawn mowers showing signs of use (unless faulty)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective gardening products:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost
